The beer is matured for 18 months, bringing out the very best of its intense flavour. Deep red cherry like beer in colour with a beige head that slowly dissapears. The smell is sour, cherry like sourness, vinegars aromas come out, some shy flavours of spices, hops and pepper. Taste is sour, some flavours of cherry of course, followed by a spiceness, with pepper ended by a shy hops finish, globed in a yeasty enveloppe.
